North Texas Home Sales Prices Dip Again

According to NTREIS, home sales prices decreased for the fourth consecutive month from 2021’s high of 103.9% of the original listing price in June.

More so, while October brought a cumulative sales price of 100.9% that still exceeds last year’s comps by 2.7%, it’s a significant decrease considering supply remains sparse.

These figures are based on single-family home sales in North Texas that were beneath $399k.
