Market Update: Market is Picking up Early February In Irving, TX
This is a chart on last years Close vs Listing Prices in Irving. In December, We saw home prices decrease a bit in Irving. This is not unusual as when February comes around we can see on the chart that last year close prices and listing prices were about even. This is starting to happen now in 2025 as well. This is when buyers start coming back into the searches for their dream home.
